Grace for Today: Living in God’s Moment-by-Moment Provision

“Give us this day our daily bread.” It’s a familiar line from the Lord’s Prayer, one we’ve prayed countless times. But how often do we actually live by its wisdom?

We’re planners by nature. We want to know what’s coming next week, next month, next year. We stockpile resources, make contingency plans, and try to secure our future. There’s wisdom in preparation, but there’s also danger in missing the grace that’s available right now, in this moment.

God’s grace isn’t a warehouse we draw from for the entire year. It’s more like manna in the wilderness—fresh provision for today.
