Anchor Hope Media was founded by Jones Otisi Kalu, a pastor, theologian, and seminary teacher with a PhD in New Testament Studies. Jones Otisi Kalu is a pastor, theologian, and communicator with a deep passion for helping people encounter God’s hope in the midst of everyday life. With over twenty years of experience in Christian ministry and a PhD in New Testament Studies, Jones has taught Scripture, led congregations, mentored emerging leaders, and walked with people through seasons of doubt, transition, grief, and renewal.
But beyond his academic training and ministry roles, Jones carries a heartfelt conviction shaped by years of listening to real stories and real struggles: people don’t just need information about God—they need hope. They need truth that speaks gently, meets them where they are, and points their hearts back to Christ.
That conviction gave birth to Anchor Hope Media. For Jones, this platform is not about titles or credentials; it is an extension of pastoral ministry. It is a way to offer spiritual encouragement and biblical teaching to people who may never sit across from him in a church, classroom, or counseling room. His desire is simple: to help others discover a faith that is steady, honest, resilient, and rooted in the unchanging promises of God.
